Temporary General Director office discharge suspension
Synot Holdings hereby announces that with an immediate effect until revocation Synot Holdings General Director office discharge is temporarily suspended. Reason for this internal organizational action is longterm disablement of Mrs. Katerina Luisa Padera Danhelova, MBA, MSc., who is in charge of this position.
Persons who are listed in the Commercial register for each one of the companies will act on behalf of these companies henceforth. Executive Directors remain contact persons, eventually authorized managers of individual companies.
Synot Holdings will inform its partners about withdrawal of this temporary suspension of General Director office through the press release.
